Referee, Jaco de Wit, blows full time on the 2020-21 season
A massive congratulations to UAE Premiership and West Asia Premiership rugby referee Jaco de Wit for being appointed to the HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series 2021 referee panel!
Jaco is frequently the ‘man in the middle‘ for many of the big UAE and West Asia rugby clashes and does a fantastic job of keeping things flowing and enabling some exciting and entertaining rugby to be played in the Gulf region.
A Math Teacher based in Abu Dhabi, we can look forward to seeing Jaco, not only on Pitch 7 for Exiles‘ UAE and West Asia Premiership matches, but also on Pitch 1 for this December’s Emirates Dubai Sevens, Round 1 of the 2021-22 HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series.
Congratulations Jaco!
