UAE National Head Coach Apollo Perelini
Seven young ladies of Dubai Exiles Rugby Club received the nod from UAE National Head Coach, Apollo Perelini, to be involved in the training squad for the Asia Rugby Under 18 Girls’ Sevens Championship in Uzbekistan this September.
Tara Aksoy, Lara Botha, Nicole Brits, Charlotte McNaughton, Jodie Qursha, Femke Soens, and Megan Theocharis will all now be involved in the preparations for Uzbekistan.

More than 50 girls from various rugby clubs across the UAE came together at The Sevens over two evenings to show their skills in a series of ‘mixed’ seven-a-side matches. The young ladies of Dubai Exiles RFC now make up one third of that UAE National training squad of 21.
