Some of Dubai Exiles Under 18 Girls rugby squad got together on Dubai’s Kite Beach yesterday evening for a couple of hours of pre-season ‘get to know you’ fun with new Head Coach, Jess Weaver.
Former Loughborough Lightning and England scrum half, Jess, kept everybody moving, smiling, and having plenty of vitamin sea on Kite Beach’s expanse of white sand.
Divided into two teams the Exiles Under 18 Girls entertained themselves, and some bamboozled onlookers, with various team building games both on the sand and in the water. One thing is for certain – everybody ‘shore’ did have a great time!
There’s less than a week to go until the start of the 2024-25 UAE rugby season. The Exiles Under 18 Girls will be back on the pitches at The Sevens Stadium next Saturday morning. Pitch 7 from 9:30 am.
