Exiles v Harlequins at The Sevens Stadium this Saturday

The second half of the Exiles‘ Premiership rugby season got off to a barnstorming start at Dubai Sports City on Saturday afternoon. The Exiles managed to sneak out from DSC with a 33 – 35 win over a reinvented and revitalised Dubai Tigers.

In the first half of the 2021-22 UAE Premiership season, Abu Dhabi Harlequins proved themselves to be a powerful and exciting team at Zayed Sports City, providing the Dubai Exiles with a real battle and a result that was in the balance until the very end. The Exiles heading back to Dubai with a hard fought 17 – 26 win.

The Harlequins from Abu Dhabi are back in town this weekend, their first visit to The Sevens in almost 2 years. They’ll be bringing with them an excellent record against the men-in-black – winning their last visit to Pitch 7 against the Exiles by 22 – 38.

It’s going to be another tough weekend for the undefeated Exiles. The Harlequins left Jebel Ali Dragons last weekend with a 17 – 27 win over their hosts, scoring 4 tries in the process. This is a genuine ‘top of the table’ clash and should be an absolute belter of a game.
