Quick Rip Rugby is an ‘almost’ non-contact form of the game of rugby. It introduces skills and the fundamentals of gameplay in a far less ‘gladiatorial’ environment.
Dubai Exiles RFC has a long history of introducing girls to the game of rugby. Many have developed their skills and gone on to win the Emirates Dubai Sevens tournament with the Club, gain rugby scholarships to leading education establishments across the globe, and also received international representative honours.
